Cleaning Materials

If you would like to use our cleaning materials a price will be agreed with you prior to the work commencing. Please ask for a quote.

Bank Holidays

Our Domestic Assistants do not work any bank holidays. If your cleaning day falls on a bank holiday it will be automatically cancelled. Should you wish to book an alternative day that week please contact your manager. Pubs and Hotels who require cleans over bank holiday periods will be charged at double time and treble time over Christmas and New Year.

Price List

Cleaning
£10.00 per hour per Domestic Assistant, minimum booking two hours. Special rates for Warden controlled small flats, please ask.

Maintenance Service
£20.00 per call out then £10.00 per hour, if the call out takes one hour to sort you will be charged £30.00 only, any costs incurred such as light bulbs will be charged at cost.

Regular Clean

Once a week, fortnightly or monthly. This time can be used for a general clean throughout your home, a task list will be drawn up and agreed prior to commencement of the service. Or you can leave a priority list so that we can tackle those jobs you do not have the time to complete during the week or just hate doing.

De-Cluttering Service

With our help let us de-clutter your home. Any items not needed, or rubbish will be disposed of. The room plus all other items will be left in an orderly manner.

One Off Clean

A clean when you need a clean. Use us as and when required. This service is brilliant for those of you who enjoy cleaning your home but don't get time to do those jobs that take time like windows, paintwork and skirting boards. You may have guests coming and don't have time to clean. In this time we can do anything you need. You can also use this service for a thorough clean after the builders have been.

Letting Your Home For Holiday Lets

We will look after it for you, we can organise welcome packs, change over days, wash and press all bedding and towels. We can provide a maintenance service to sort a variety of problems that may occur whilst your guests are on holiday.

Letting Your Property

Last tenant left your property in a mess then let us sort this out for you and turn around quickly ready for re-letting.

Whilst on Holiday Clean

Let us get your home ready for your return whilst you enjoy your well deserved break. When you first go we will close your home down emptying all bins and clearing out the fridge, we will ensure your home is locked up and secure. The day before you return we will ensure you have clean bedding on your beds and your home is fresh and clean, we will put milk in your fridge and leave a loaf of bread for breakfast. This is great for those of you who have booked an unsociable hours flight.

Hall, Stairs & Landing

If you need a regular clean of the hall, stairs and landings within a block of flats we can do this for you, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or now and again when needed. We can also arrange for light bulbs to be changed when needed through our Maintenance Service.

Office Cleaning

We will clean your office to the same high standard as your home is cleaned, at whatever time is suitable to you when you are closed or when you are open.

Shopping Service

If you are unable to go shopping due to illness, disability or just too busy this service is great for you. You name the shop you want us to go to and make a list of the items you require. We will then take an amount of cash you think we will need and get the items for you. You will be presented with receipts for all items collected. This shopping service can be used for food, clothes or just to run errands like paying bills for example.

Bed Changing

A laundry maid will come into your home, strip your bed and re-make with clean bedding. The laundry maid will then take away your dirty bedding, wash , dry and iron them, then bring it back on your allocated bed changing day. You will never have to change a bed again.
This service can be used when you have just had guests and don't want to wash and dry the bedding yourself.
Or just as and when you are too busy.
